When claiming against treatment, your $10 discount voucher may only be used against “gap” payments not covered by Health Insurance, and must be redeemed at the time of treatment. It may not be used to pay outstanding accounts.
Your $10 discount voucher may be used over several treatments (eg, if “gap” payments are less than $10), but must be presented at time of each visit.
Your $10 discount voucher may not be used against treatment if you are under Workcover, Third Party, or Veteran’s Affairs. It may however, be used against products such as pillows, heat packs etc.

Only new client referrals are eligible for the $10 discount. A client is considered “new” if they have not been to our Practice for over 3 years.
To receive the discount, new clients must be referred by a past customer of Bayside Physio & Pilates. We will need first name and surname of referral source for confirmation.
